Enrolment for Incoming Erasmus Students

At your arrival in Bari, you have to come to: 

INCOMING STUDENTS:  ERASMUS OFFICE
Centro Polifunzionale Studenti (“Ex Palazzo delle Poste “)
Near the Main Building of the University (Palazzo Ateneo)
1st floor – Piazza Cesare Battisti n.1 , Bari (ITALIA)
IN THIS PERIOD OF COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS, YOU ARE KINDLY ASKED TO CONTACT erasmus.incoming@uniba.it TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

 

with the following documents :

  1. Hard copies of Application form and Learning agreement duly signed and stamped by the home coordinator;
  2. Official document issued, signed and stamped by your Home University , certifying that you have been awarded an Erasmus+ grant to study at the University of Bari and the duration and dates of the study grant (only if you didn’t send it before);
  3. Confirmation of Arrival : a form to be sent by email to the International Office of your sending university in order to confirm the date of your enrolment;
  4. Letter of Acceptance received by ordinary mail, before your arrival, from the University of Bari;
  5. 3 identification photos – passport size;
  6. Copy of your Identity Document or Passport  (only if you didn’t send it before);
  7. Copy of E-111/International card for Health Insurance. Students coming from non-EU countries (Middle Eastern Europe) have to provide a health insurance, indicating that it covers illness and personal accidents in order to be recognised by the police headquarters. This document must be written in English or if not, you need a declaration released by the Italian Consulate of your Country. In addition, in order to benefit from healthcare in Italy, students must submit the healthcare form issued by their country of origin to ASL (Local Health Organisation), together with their ID card. Thus, they can choose a doctor who will take care them during their stay in Italy (only if you didn’t send it before):
  8. A 16€ tax stamp (you can get it in any Tobacconist’s);
