Research

Padalino's core expertise is the study of equine husbandry, particularly the effects of transportation on horse health and welfare. She has been involved in study into animal husbandry in the following species: equine, bovine, ovine and camels. She has been involved in different research project, including an European project from ENPI-CBCMED program entitled "Promotion of technical innovation in the camel sector in Saharan territories". She has many international collaboration in Egypt, Tunisia, Australia and New Zeeland. She is reviewer of many peer-reviewed international journal in animal and equine science. She is member of the Italian Society of equine veterinarians (SIVE), the International Society of Equine Science (ISES), the Australian Society of Animal production (ASAP), and the Animal transport Association (ATA).
