Titles: DVM, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Naples (1974); European Diploma in "Bovine Health Management" (ECBHM - European College in Bovine Health Management) of the European Board for Veterinary Specialization. From 01/01/2007 to 31/12/2012

Institutional tasks:

- Deputy - Director of the Department of Health and Welfare of Animals for the three years 1999/2002.

- Member of the Diossina / PCB technical table of the Puglia Region, from 01/11/2008 to 2012.

- From 13/02/2008 to 21/07/2010 he was part of the National Committee for Security

Food of the Ministry of Health.

- Chairman of the commission for national scientific qualification in the sector
