Attività di Ricerca

La ricerca scientifica del Prof Filippo Perna riguarda, in particolare: la reattività di eterocicli litiati ed il loro impiego nella sintesi stereoselettiva; lo studio dei meccanismi di racemizzazione di organometalli chirali chirali; lo studio NMR delle caratteristiche strutturali e dinamiche di organolitio; lo sviluppo di metodologie di risoluzione cinetica dinamica (DKR) e di risoluzione termodinamica dinamica (DTR) di organolitio, l’impiego di solventi ecosostenibili quali i DES o l'acqua in reazioni mediate da organometalli o metallo-catalizzate, in reazioni biocatalizzate per ottenere molecole chirali enantiopure e per la sintesi di APIs tramite metodologie green.
