Food Science and Technology (CL STAL)


The Bachelor degree course in Food Science and Technologies provides professional knowledge and skills that guarantee a complete view of the processing procedure of food and beverages. The graduated in Food Science and Technology will be able to: i) carry out technical tasks in the management and control of the production, storage, distribution and marketing of food and beverages; ii) implement measures to guarantee the safety, quality and healthiness of food, to reduce waste and the environmental impact; iii) reconciling economy and ethics in the transformation, conservation and marketing of food.
