Unità Operativa Studenti Stranieri @ UniBa
L'Università degli Studi di Bari Aldo Moro si è dotata di una Unità Operativa (U.O.) Studenti Stranieri a cui è affidata la gestione degli studenti stranieri in ingresso, dottorandi, iscritti ai master e alle scuole di specializzazione.
Essa è impegnata ad erogare servizi per facilitare i primi passi dello studente internazionale appena arrivato sul territorio Nazionale fornendo loro informazioni e assistenza sulle procedure di preiscrizione presso le rappresentanze diplomatiche, informazioni sulle procedure di immatricolazione con relativo svolgimento della prova di conoscenza della lingua italiana, informazione e assistenza per il rilascio del codice fiscale, informazioni sull'assicurazione sanitaria, informazioni sulle procedure di richiesta di permesso di soggiorno, modalità di contratti d'affitto e informazioni sull'apertura di un conto corrente.
Tra i processi in gestione alla u.o Studenti Stranieri vi è inoltre l'inserimento dei dati riguardanti il potenziale formativo-contingente per studenti stranieri/internazionali extra U.E. e del contingente riservato agli studenti cinesi del Progetto "Marco Polo" sulla banca dati del CINECA.

OPERATIONAL UNIT FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS @ UniBa
The University of Bari has an Operational Unit for Foreign Students (Unità Operativa Studenti Stranieri) which is entrusted with the management of incoming foreign students, PhD students, students enrolled in Masters and specialization schools.
It is committed to providing services to facilitate the first steps of the international student who has just arrived on the National territory by providing them with information and assistance on pre-enrollment procedures at the diplomatic missions, information on the enrollment procedures with relative performance of the Italian language proficiency test, information and assistance for the release of tax code, information on health insurance, information on procedures for residence permit application, lease arrangements and information on opening a current account.
Data processing is also included among the processes managed by the Foreign Students concerning the training-contingent potential for foreign / international students extra U.E. and of the quota reserved for Chinese students of the "Marco Polo" Project on the database of the CINECA.
