Cristiano Amoruso joined Lion Point Capital as an investment analyst in May 2015. Prior to joining Lion Point, Cristiano was a Director at Starboard Value LP, a deep-value activist investment firm, where he spent nearly three years originating, analyzing and executing activist campaigns on U.S. listed companies including Yahoo!, Babcock & Wilcox, Smithfield Foods, and Calgon Carbon.  Before joining Starboard Value, Cristiano spent six years with Prudential Plc, a London listed UK insurer and asset manager.  From 2007-2010 Cristiano was a Senior Associate at M&G Infracapital, the infrastructure private equity arm of Prudential M&G where he originated, analyzed and executed investments in European infrastructure companies.  From 2005-2007 Cristiano worked with the Prudential M&G Portfolio Strategy and Risk group on the launch, development and management of multi-asset investment portfolios.  Cristiano is a CFA Charterholder and graduated in 2012 from Columbia Business School, where he was part of the Value Investing Program.  Cristiano has a Laurea, summa cum laude, from University of Bari, Italy, where he graduated in 2004, and currently guest lectures at Columbia Business School on activism and advanced investment research.


Simonetta Consiglio joined Sisal, a major Italian group operating in the Gaming and Payment Services sector, in November 2011. In her role as Marketing and Communication Vice President, she is responsible for Marketing and Communication strategies and for Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility programs.
Prior to joining Sisal Group she worked in Telecom Italia Group where she held management positions both in Italy and internationally. She was Country Manager in Germany and the UK, Marketing Director for International Voice Services, Vice President International Strategy and Business Innovation, and subsequently Executive Vice President Marketing Voice and Mobile Services in Telecom Italia Sparkle. Simonetta was also member of the Managing Board of BBNED, a Dutch Broadband Service Provider.
Simonetta holds a degree in Political Sciences from LUISS University in Rome and a master's degree in business administration from Istituto G.Tagliacarne, Italian Chambers of Commerce Union business school.


Davide d'Atri is the founder of Soundreef, a UK Independent Management Entity that is re-inventing how the music industry collects, manages and pays out royalties by competing against the Collective Management Organizations. Davide raised over 5 million euro from venture capital funds and is the CEO of Soundreef S.p.A., the company that owns Soundreef ltd.  Previously, Davide founded Beatpick, a music licensing company that manages music for the film, TV and advertising industry. Davide is a regular guest speaker in several universities and he is lecturer on contract at the Università della Sapienza of Rome.  He has also been the testimonial for a cross media campaign created by BNP-Paribas in 2014 and 2015 and was shown in television, radio and newspapers.  He holds a degree in Economics and a Master in International Business Economics.

Macodou works today as a consultant for the fashion and luxury Industry. He is partner in a consulting company (IDC) and in Fashion Capital Partners, an Investment company based in Paris aimed at investing in early-stage Fashion and Luxury tech start-ups. Macodou has been managing several  fashion brands. He was CEO in Zagliani and he worked  within the Gucci group as Sergio Rossi  President for EMEA. Before  he  was wholesale director for Salvatore Ferragamo where he managed the brand distribution and franchising development for Europe, Russia and Middle East.

From 1999 to 2003 Macodou has been living in Paris where he was developing Furla retail and wholesale for northern Europe . Prior to joining Furla, From 90 t0 99, he developed is marketing and sales expertise within two major FMCG companies as L’Oréal and SC Johnson wax.

Macodou graduated from Mercy College NY and has an MBA from Long Island University, he attended Insead Executive Training; He has been guest lecturing on fashion and luxury marketing and retail at LUISS, Domus Academy, Université Internationale de Monaco, Marangoni and Master of Sole 24 ore.


Lucia Filanti
Global Partner Marketing Lead for Strategic Technology Partners at Amazon Web Services (AWS) in San Francisco, California. In her role she is responsible for designing solution-level integrated campaign strategies for the ISV partner ecosystem and delivering best-in-class joint marketing plans with top strategic technology partners. Lucia’s previous accomplishments as Director of Global Partner Marketing for VMware have been recognized by CRN magazine with the Women of the Channel award in 2015 and 2016  She holds a MA degree in Economics from the University of Bari, Italy, and prior to AWS she spent several years leading marketing teams at Oracle, SAP, VMware and other technology start-ups. She also worked at the Italian Consulate and Italian Culture Institute of San Francisco and, since she moved to the US, she has been teaching Italian language and literature for non-profit organizations in the Bay Area.


Pietro Labriola has been Chief Operating Officer and Member of Board of Executive Officers at TIM Participações S.A. since August 2015 and December 2015 respectively. Mr. Labriola has been Chief Operating Officer of Tim Brasil Serviços e Participações S.A. since July 30, 2015. He oversees commercial activities and information technology at TIM Brasil. Prior to this, Mr. Labriola served as Chief Transformation Officer at Telecom Italia, directly reporting  to Group Chief Executive Officer, and also served as Head of Business Transformation & Quality at Telecom Italia S.p.A. He held the following positions in the Telecom Italia group: Chief Transformation Officer from 2013 to 2015, Executive Vice President Business Market from 2009 to 2012, Executive Vice President Fixed Line Services from 2007 to 2008, Executive Vice President Marketing from 2001 to 2006. From 1996 to 2001, Mr. Labriola held positions as Marketing Director and Business Director at Infostrada Serviços de Comunicações Fixas.

He has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications sector. Mr. Labriola is a graduate from the University of Bari and holds a master in Innovation and Technology Management from ASMIT Advanced School.


Gianmarco Laviola
After a bachelor degree in Business Management, he has spent 25 years in the Food & Beverage business, creating, building or empowering FMCG brands, in domestic and international markets. He has served in KPMG, UNILEVER (Findus and Algida), ANHEUSER-BUSCH Inc. (Budweiser), THAI UNION (Mareblu), BOLTON ALIMENTARI (Simmenthal).
Since September 2017, he serves the UK-based food multinational Princes Ltd, property of Mitsubishi Corporation, as Managing Director for the Italian branch Princes Industrie Alimentari. The Italian branch holds the largest tomato-processing plant in Europe and employs up to 1,300 workers in the peak season. The plant is located near Foggia and exports Tomatoes from Puglia to all over the world. It is also a producer of fine pulses (legumes and grains).

Gennaro Pipoli holds a Master Degree in Economics cum laude at the University of Bari and an MBA at Bocconi University School of Management. In 1999 he joined General Electric in Italy and for the next 13 years he moved up in the organization with more senior roles and increasing responsibilities leading team internationally and living and working in Italy, Russia and Singapore to drive the growth of the Oil&Gas and Energy divisions of this multinational.  In 2011 Gennaro decided to embrace new challenges and accepted a role in a European EPC as Managing Director for the Asia region for Imtech Marine, the Marine & Offshore division of Royal Imtech N.V.Having spent about twenty years in the corporate world, in 2015 Gennaro decided to establish his own advisory and consulting company with operations in Singapore and Dubai and he is currently focused on SMEs working closely with Asian and American business owners in building and helping them to execute Growth plans while investing in target companies in the infrastructure sector.


Philippe Nacson, Creative Addict & Entrepreneur After numerous years spent in investment banking and private equity, Philippe enrolled into a career in design at the end of 2014. In less than 3 years his furniture and lighting pieces was showcased in Paris, London, Milan, New York, Miami, Honk Kong and Shanghai and acclaimed by collectors, notably Karl Lagerfeld.
His interest in Robotics and Artificial Intelligence has led him to create a project that puts emphasis on positive innovation for humans. He founded AIVEN Partners, a global ethical investment fund investing in AI and Robotics.  AIVEN will principally invest an award competition “THE ROBOT OF THE YEAR”, he also created, electing the best robots for humans in fifteen industries worldwide which first edition will be in Dec 2018 in Paris. AIVEN Partners is investing also in other innovations meeting the Fund Ethical criteria.
Philippe is an alumni from the London Business School and holds a TRIUM MBA (London School of Economics, NYU Stern and HEC).


Andrea Sanguineti studies Architecture in Torino and graduates with Gabetti&Isola. After working as Architect for few years in Torino, thanks to his passion for product design he attends the Strategic Design Master course at Politecnico of Milano with Ezio Manzini. He works for Artemide in Strategic Design Direction with Carlotta De Bevilacqua its CEO. He participates to corporate image definition and product development of the company. During this experience he attends a Master course in Business Administration in Bocconi and after he enters in Alias (a company of Poltrona Frau Goup) as Marketing Director. With Poltrona Frau Group he participates to several intracompany projects, both in communication and product development. In 2010 he participates to a Management Buy Out operation, buying Alias from Poltrona Frau Group and becoming a shareholder of the company. Today he is Alias Brand Manager besides to Communication, Marketing and Product Development Responsible, participates as company ambassador to Altagamma reunion member of scientific board of Pio Manzù Foundation. He is also partner of an interior design studio with Federica Magnani


Maurizio Santacroce has a Bachelor Degree in Economics and a Master Degree in Business Administration. Maurizio joined Sisal in 2008 as SVP Strategy and Business Development. Since 2009 he has been head of the Payment and Services as well as of the Online Gaming Business Unit. Since 2015 he has been member of the Board of Sisal Group S.p.A. Maurizio previously covered relevant roles in Ernst and Young Corporate Finance, Unicredit Group, Vodafone, Bain & Company and Lottomatica-Gtech where, between 2005 and 2007, he was first Lottery Business Unit Director, managing the Gratta e Vinci game re-launch, and then became Lottomatica Services Managing Director. Maurizio is member of Vodafone's Innovation Advisory Board, of the AIIP (Italian Payment Companies Association) Directory board and partner of IAG - Italian Angels of Growth - the most relevant community of angel investors in Italy, which as a mission supports the launch and development of new companies and start-ups. Maurizio is also Professor of Digital Marketing & Innovation at Cattolica University in Milan within the MS in Enterprise Communication.


Matteo Sarzana Citizen of the world, relentless traveller, in love with communication, with a creative mind-set and team-player. A degree in Communication at IULM of Milan, now the Italian General Manger of the world's largest group of food delivery and logistics, Deliveroo, a startup founded in London in 2014 by William Shu, today it is active in more than twelve countries and supported by $ 475 million from major venture capital funds.

Matteo began his career in 2003, in Milan, as a strategic planner at Y & R, later as an account director he had the pleasure of working with the largest brands such as Autogrill, Candy, Hoover, Coop, Blockbuster and many others. In 2006 he became leader of TeamAlfa, a WPP agency dedicate to the Alfa Romeo client, for which he directed all communication activities both in Italy and globally. In 2008, after a spell in the United States, he came back in Italy to startup the digital agency VML, raising it from zero to a team of over 35 employees working for some of the most important Italian companies: Costa Crociere, Barilla, Ford , Microsoft, Artemis, Air One, Vodafone, Danone, SeatPG, Colgate and Acer. After an experience at Singularity University, Matteo decided to devote himself to the world of startups and was appointed general manager of Europe for Zooppa, a startup founded inside H-Farm, leveraging on a network of more than 300,000 in the creative crowdsourcing space. Today he's only focused on kangaroos, the Deliveroo ones jumping from one side to another of Milan, Rome and Piacenza, delivering the best restaurants fine cuisine in the shortest amount of time possible.
