SURGICAL CLINIC AND SEA TURTLE CLINIC
This unit offers health services related to surgery and surgical interventions for conventional and unconventional pets, wild animals and farm animals and it is open to the public and to external vets. Surgical interventions are mostly scheduled but a 24-hour emergency service is also active. Surgical patients who need pre-operative procedures and preparation are admitted a few days before surgery. Patients are discharged on the same day of the intervention (Day Hospital) or, if necessary, they are admitted to the Intensive Care Unit to be discharged when the clinical conditions will be improved.
