La tesi è stata svolta evidenziando la “LA PESCA DI FRODO” ancora oggi praticata e che affligge tutto il nostro territorio nazionale. Il lavoro analizza il modus operandi e le sostanze illegali utilizzate per facili guadagni, ma anche il danno ambientale che questo tipo pesca pratica  all’ecosistema acquatico. Di pari passo sono state prese in esame le varie leggi  che regolamentano il fenomeno e la loro evoluzione nel tempo, ma anche, come le stesse, abbiano come obiettivo quello di formare nell’individuo, operante fraudolentemente, una coscienza biologica che lo porti al rispetto delle normative vigenti e quindi ad una pesca ecosostenibile.

The thesis has been carried out highlighting the "POACH" still practiced today and that afflicts all our national territory. The work analyzes the modus operandi and the illegal substances used for easy gains, but also the environmental damage that this type of fishing practices to the aquatic ecosystem.
