Elective Credits, Internships and Seminars

Regulations 2018 

The optional credits can be acquired with activities consistent with the training course in Veterinary Medicine. These are free credits that the student acquires by taking exams in other degree courses or by participating in study days, seminars, conferences, and congresses like the educational objectives of the degree course.  

The credits relating to "internship - practical activities I" are acquired after verification of suitability by a designated Commission together with the verification of "practical activities II and Biosafety (I year)”.  

The credits relating to the Practice Management course-internship (5th year) are acquired after certification of attendance also in the logbook of individual students by the appointed teachers and by the Course Coordinator 

Regulations 2016

Elective credits are acquired with the activities organized in the Professionalizing Educational Path (PEP) and are certified by the final exam. 

The internships and Biosafety and Practice Management courses are carried out starting from the first year and the related CFUs are acquired after certification of attendance in the logbook of the individual students by the appointed teachers and by the Course Coordinator

Regulations 2013

The optional credits can be acquired with activities consistent with the training course in Veterinary Medicine and may be: 

  • Participation in training courses (language, IT, etc.), organized by the University or by recognized public or private entities, in which the duration in hours is specified. 
  • Participation in refreshment courses that include a final exam. 
  • Participation in conferences, study days and similar, organized by the Veterinary Medicine Course or which have received the patronage of the Department 

The CFU "internships" are acquired with the attestation of attendance of external public and private structures in the logbook of the individual students by the teachers in charge and by the Coordinator of the Course.
