11th International Conference & summer school in "Economics of Global Interactions: New Perspectives on Trade, Factor Mobility and Development" (13-14 September 2021)

The University of Bari Aldo Moro is hosting the 11th edition of the conference on the  “Economics of Global Interactions” on 13-14 September 2021 . The conference is co-organized with the Centre for Experimental Research on Fairness, Inequality, and Rationality (FAIR) at NHH Norwegian School of Economics (Bergen, Norway) and Master E.G.E.I. (www.master-egei.eu).

The event will be part of the ADISU summer school in  Economics of Global Interactions” which will involve 25 students (12-15 September 2021). [Participants in the EGI Summer School will obtain 4 ECTS]

 We plan to have a physical conference although restrictions might still apply due to the Covid pandemic.

The event will provide students and scholars with the opportunity to discuss their recent contributions in the following areas:

  • Theoretical and empirical aspects of international trade;
  • Determinants and effects of international migration and FDI;
  • Institutions and economic development;
  • Globalization, sustainability and climate change;
  • Experimental methods and development;
  • Industrial policy in developing countries;
