The Interuniversity PhD Course in Sustainable Land Management was born from the collaboration between the University of Bari Aldo Moro and the Polytechnic University of Bari. The course is based at the University of Bari and is highly interdisciplinary, with the objective of integrating in a systemic vision the engineering, agro-forestry and environmental knowledge that are typical of the different scientific areas that today contribute, with a different approach, to define the forms of sustainable land management.
The goal is to explore new frontiers, both of basic and applied research, which give impetus to the knowledge necessary for the management of environmental and territorial complexity, promoting technological innovation in line with the New Green Deal that will characterize national policies and communities of the near future.

28.12.2020 - On January 12, 2021 the teaching activities of the PhD in Sustainable Land Management will begin with the lessons of the Course of Statistics applied to biosciences (teacher: prof. Gaetano Alessandro Vivaldi). Subsequently, from January 25, the lectures of the Science Communication and Scientific Publications Course will begin (teacher: prof. Pietro Santamaria). The lessons will take place on the MS-Teams platform.
