At the end of your study period

The check-out at Erasmus Office, one day before your departure, is compulsory in order to receive the following documents:

• Certificate of Attendance: the Erasmus Office will certify your study period to the Home Institution, from the arrival date (the date of registration at the Erasmus Office) to the departure date.

• Transcript of Records : the Erasmus Office will send this certificate to the Home Institution, signed by our Institutional Coordinator, mentioning the exams, date, mark and number of ECTS credits of each of them, and/or thesis research/practical training certified in a document signed and stamped by the Tutor, with all your academic results.

Furthermore, we remind you that subjects in “Learning Agreement” must be chosen among  those of the N.O. (“Nuovo Ordinamento”), which is the current teaching plan of study.

The credits recorded must be those recognised by the University of Bari and NOT those corresponding to the Home Institution.

Finally, in the case you follow a practical training, you will receive only credits, not marks. So, your training supervisor will issue a certificate with the stamp of the department, institute or centre or company , etc.

• Any other document required by your Home Institution will be duly signed and stamped by our University.
