Dottorato di ricerca in Sanità Animale e Zoonosi

The PhD program in Animal Health and Zoonosis is inspired by the One Health vision.

The program has a strong international vocation, enrolling students from European and extra-European countries. In 2018, 4 positions were reserved to foreign students. Also up to 4 positions will be reserved to non-Italian students in 2019.

Several visiting students and researchers have attended the program and partecipated to the research/educational activities creating opportunities for  scientific and cultural exchanges.

The PhD program is supported by the MIUR (Italian Minister for Education, University and Research) action "PON Ricerca e Innovazione" 2014-2020 for research and innovation, by the MIUR action "Dipartimenti di Eccellenza" (Law 232/2016) and by the program of Regione Basilicata (Dottorati innovativi con specializzazione in tecnologie abilitanti in Industria 4.0, convenzione Regione Basilicata-Università degli Studi di Bari "Aldo Moro").
