Didactic Regulations A.A. 2025/26
Art. 3 – Entrance requirements, evaluation procedures
Sustainable users
Given the character of high experimentation of the course of study, and taking into account the available structures and human resources, the sustainable users are indicated in the number of 60 students.
Knowledge required for the access
The course of study is open to all students. Admission requirements to the verification of the personal preparation for the Bachelor Course (first cycle level programme) in Earth System and Global Changes consist in having obtained a high school diploma.
Evaluation procedures for the initial preparation, modalities/recovery times, additional educational requirements (OFA)
Evaluation of the initial preparation of students will proceed through an evaluation test with multiple responses.
The test will consist of two parts: the first is related to the base knowledge of mathematics; the second is related to specific knowledge of Earth Sciences. In order to provide support for passing the test, a course of mathematics is organized in the week before the test. The test, and its outcomes, are not binding for the enrollment, but the students not undergoing the test, or obtaining an insufficient evaluation will have to undergo the exam of Mathematics as first exam.
The student who has not fulfilled the additional educational requirements within the first year of course will not undertake the exams scheduled for the second year; however, enrollment and frequency are possible.
The Council of the CdS will consider the opportunity to repeat the test in the months of November/December.
