On-line Esse3 System
From here you can access the online Esse3 System services, online registrations, standard registration, fee payment and review the data on your university career (eg. online academic transcript booklet and fee summary updates).
To gain access to secretarial services, follow the link: www.uniba.it/esse3 and enter your user name / password.
All enrolled students already have the necessary credentials for access purposes (how to retrieve login and password).
On the other hand, new users must register: once they have done so they will be given a login and temporary password that will be changed after the first login.
In order to retrieve your login credentials please use the "Password Dimenticata" (Forgot Password) link in the navigation menu on the left.
The password will be sent to the email address associated to your name and registered.
In the event that the email address is incorrect or missing please contact the Student Office staff who will update it, or send an "alert" to http://segnalazioni.ict.uniba.it.
You can change the email address associated to your name by clicking on Home/Anagrafica/Modifica Recapito (once you are logged in).
If you find inconsistencies in the data displayed (exams, curriculum, fees, etc.), then please contact your Professional Student Office that will update it, or send an "alert" to: http://segnalazioni.ict.uniba.it.
You can open an "alert" at http://segnalazioni.ict.uniba.it, by selecting ''Computer Service Centre'' in the following cases:
- If you are not a registered student at the University of Bari and you have no jurisdictional student office/secreteriat to turn to sort out your problems.
- If there is any evidence of malfunction when navigating around the portal pages of UNIBA.
