“Language learning through “serious games” to prevent neuro-cognitive decline. Digital tools, methods and media for internationalization and inclusion” – curriculum 2

The Digital Game Based Learning approach is considered an innovative educational model since users can play different roles and develop a variety of cognitive functions such as visual attention, memory, and learning abilities. The project targets an adult audience to whom a language learning experience through "serious games" is offered as a means to prevent neuro-cognitive decline, and as a response to the need for strategies to face such decline as a structural change in the population. Key partners in the project are the University of Toulouse Jean Jaurès, Département de traduction, d'interprétation et de médiation linguistique (DETIM) and the Node Soc. Coop., digital services for businesses.
