Training profile
The Specialization School in Geriatrics trains medical specialists with advanced expertise in comprehensive geriatric assessment and in the diagnosis, treatment and management of the health, functional, cognitive and social needs of older adults.
The training programme integrates theoretical, clinical, professional and research activities in geriatric medicine, frailty management, chronic diseases, disability, continuity of care and hospital-to-community care pathways.
