The Master’s Degree Programme aims to provide advanced training that enables graduates to: • assimilate the foundational preclinical and clinical knowledge necessary for the education of healthcare personnel involved in diagnostic activities, both instrumental and non-instrumental. • apply, within healthcare institutions, the core knowledge of biomedical sciences pertinent to their specific professional profile, thereby supporting informed decision-making in the organization and management of healthcare services delivered by personnel performing technical functions in the medical field. • understand the ethical, social, and moral dimensions underpinning the professional conduct of healthcare personnel. • design and implement systems for the processing, management, and application of scientific data across various operational contexts. • develop competencies in health economics and organizational management to structure healthcare services and manage human and technological resources, including the evaluation of cost–benefit ratios. • carry out rigorous assessments of specific sectors within the technical–healthcare area of organizational systems. • utilize research methodologies and tools relevant to the study and the improvement of healthcare service organization. • plan and enhance activities aimed at the management and acquisition of human, technological, informational, and financial resources within healthcare structures. • design and implement educational and professional development initiatives, including continuing education, within the relevant healthcare settings. • strengthen teaching and tutorial competencies required for coordinating internships and guiding foundational, complementary, and continuing professional education. • develop an understanding of the legal framework pertaining to the normative, administrative, and jurisdictional competencies of European Union bodies, thereby facilitating effective interaction with foreign states and their respective legal systems.
