FOOD SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY

The Degree Programme aims to provide advanced knowledge and train professional skills that guarantee a complete and coordinated view of the activities and problems of food and beverages from their production to consumption. The expected learning outcomes are achieved through the attendance of theoretical courses integrated with practical laboratory and/or classroom activities, corroborated by individual study and possible tutoring activities.
