FOOD SAFETY OF ANIMAL ORIGIN AND HEALTH

The Master's Degree Course in Food Safety of Animal Origin and Health aims to train professional skills in the field of food of animal origin and in the production and service realities connected to it. The course lasts two years, with unscheduled access and no compulsory attendance. The didactic-training activity, organized in semesters, guarantees multidisciplinary training ranging from the management of food quality and safety, which is essential for human health, to food processing and preservation processes with elements of nutraceuticals, nutrigenomics and food marketing for the promotion of geographical indication products.
