Online nomination and application system for incoming exchange students to Lund University for the Spring semester 2022.

NOMINATION
Please use the same credentials that you received during previous nomination calls to log on to our system SoleMove and submit your nominations.
The COVID-19 pandemic continues to cause an unpredictability of mobility flows for the Spring semester 2022. However, we must highlight that course availability limitations may stop us from accepting all nominated students.
Given the above, we hope that it is clearly communicated to your nominated students that a nomination for Spring 2022 is no guarantee of acceptance to Lund University.
We kindly ask you to ensure that you do not exceed the agreed upon yearly quota of available exchange spots (for the academic year of 2021-2022) when nominating students for Spring semester 2022. Please make sure to nominate students before the stated deadline. Otherwise, your nominated students might not receive their activation code and might not be able to submit their application in our system.

Once you have nominated your students through the online system above, we will send an activation email with further instructions via the system (usually one day before the application period opens).
STUDENT APPLICATION
After the nomination, the student needs to complete an application online in SoleMove and upload supporting documents in their application. The required documents vary depending on the subject the student will study at Lund University. Please refer to the following website for further details: http://www.lunduniversity.lu.se/exchange-application-instructions.
Only electronic documents are accepted, no hard copies of Transcript of Records, CV, etc., should be sent to us. You may need to provide your student with an official Transcript of Records in English.
Study Plan
Please remind your students to prepare their study plan carefully and only to apply for courses approved by the home institution. There is no add and drop period at Lund University. This means that there are limited chances to change courses upon arrival. Please note that full time study at Lund University is 30 credits per semester, corresponding to 30 ECTS credits. HOUSING APPLICATION
Application period: 1 October at 9am CET – 25 October at 9am CET Students apply online, directly to LU Accommodation (LUAcc):

All applications for HOUSING submitted by the deadline will be considered in the distribution of rooms by LUAcc.
Like in many other university cities, housing is always in great demand in Lund, especially at the beginning of each semester. LU Accommodation is mainly a service for international exchange and degree-seeking students. LU Accommodation provides a limited number of rooms for exchange students and will do their utmost to assist the students, but we cannot guarantee a room for everyone.
