Dal 1° al 3 Maggio 2014 si svolgerà a Carovigno il 7th International Immunonutrition Workshop "Eating for Preventing".

""With this event, we intend to continue the successful tradition of the Immunonutrition Workshops which until now have
greatly contributed to disseminate worldwide this new discipline. In fact, coupling basic principles of Nutritional Sciences to cellular and molecular immune mechanisms which regulate food intake, Immunonutrition has been established and consolidated with the time.
We feel that the announced workshop may lead to a better assessment of a safe as well as healthy dietary regimen for the prevention of food-related diseases.
Therefore, “Eating for Preventing” would represent in future a major strategy to be pursued in terms of health system policy.
